Showcase Your Work at the 2025 Health Equity Conference!

We invite you to submit a poster proposal for the 2025 Arizona Health Equity Conference. 

Key Dates to Remember:

  • September 8: Submit your proposal
  • September 22: Acceptance notifications go out
  • October 6: Confirm your participation & submit for poster printing
  • October 16: Upload your final poster and video to Whova

All presenters must be ready to engage both in person and online. One team member must be present throughout the day and registered for the event. Scholarships may be available—check AzHealthEquity.org for details.
